Our foundation dogs are excellent and have passed all testing and have amazing demeanors. Breed specific Genetic test for all breeding stock have been completed, as well as hip, elbow & patella testing , eye exam (OFA previously CERF), heart and over 15 genetic disease tests. All of our breeding dogs have DNA profiles completed and on file.
ACCOUNTABILITY
All of our dogs and puppies are certified and registered. Read's Australian Labradoodles is proud to be registered with the Worldwide Australian Labradoodle Association (WALA). The club were formed by breeders and striving toward “purebred” recognition of the breed. Both clubs recognizes that not all dogs identified as Australian Labradoodles are the "real deal". The certifications are an effort to make clear the identification process available to those interested in purchasing a true Australian Labradoodle. All of our dogs are awarded the WALA Certified Australian Labradoodle
logo have lineage that is traced back to the Australian lines produced by the breed developers (Tegan Park and/or Rutland Manor)." We are also proud of our "Excellent" Breeder status with Good Dog.

We are a small, in home Australian Labradoodle breeder located in Johnson City, Tn. We are dedicated to producing the finest multi-generational Australian Labradoodles descending from the two original line, Tegan Park and Rutland Manor bloodlines of Australia. Our mission at Read's Australian Labradoodles is to strive for excellence in all we do, protect the integrity of Australian Labradoodles by always upholding and exceeding the value of quality over quantity! Our focus is to breed quality dogs that are healthy, free from genetic issues with non-shedding, allergy friendly coats, that make great family pets; as well exceptional emotional support, therapy and service dogs.
All of our puppies are raised with their mama in the middle of our home with our three fantastic, dog savvy children (our puppy whisperer's), following Puppy Culture and other puppy imprinting protocols, allowing for the foundation that is critical for developing their amazing gentle and loving temperaments and preparing them for the world. We have a background in positive reinforcement training and puppy imprinting and have the knowledge to properly raise our puppies and even help guide our families along their journey with their Read's puppy/dog.
All of our adult dogs in our program live in trusted amazing guardian homes, to insure they have a wonderful lifestyle, where they will continue to live when they retire. All of our puppies are raised personally by us, in our home. We exceed the rigorous health testing guidelines and have scored the highest ranking a breeder can achieve (All Star Breeder) with WALA.
